A hotel experience gone awry

The complimentary local cable was a pleasant surprise, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Our room provided a decent place to sleep despite its quirks.

However, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The bathroom had a leaking ceiling during heavy rain, and the breakfast bar was chaotic and unorganized.

It was just an ideal choice for a temporary stay in Ronkonkoma with good value for money. I liked that the diner across the street had really good food. Consider checking for a room away from noisy neighbors.

The hotel’s overall appearance is stuck in a time warp, reminiscent of the 70s with worn-out carpets and outdated decor that could really benefit from an overhaul. During my stay, I encountered multiple maintenance issues, including poor water pressure at the bathroom sink and a severely malfunctioning AC that took ages to cool the room. The hallways were littered with stains, showing an evident lack of proper cleaning, while minor safety concerns arose due to easily compromised door locks. On top of that, I was disappointed to find the breakfast amenities nonexistent, adding to the feeling of neglect.

So many things could use attention!!! The carpets are trip hazards and the bathrooms need major renovations. Some basic maintenance could turn this place around!!!
